artfoming portfolio
over the last few days steph rogowski and i put together a small portfolio showcasing artforming’s work, in hopes of gaining entry to the design boston biennial. they are asking for, “…design works that represent creative approaches and solutions to issues in contemporary design…” seemed fitting enough, now we wait.
the book is comprised of five projects, over 30 pages. all of which were yale bound together, and fitted into a custom laser-cut jacket. the jacket serves both as physical break from the normal flow page to page, causing the user to physically unpack the contents, but it also conceals our identity, as the submissions were to be anonymous. thus, the rear of the book has its own built-in envelope.
the pictures below are before we glued it into the jacket, more to come.
